RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original shipping date and should be sent prepaid. We will not accept CODs. All merchandise returned must be unworn and in perfect condition. Packing slips are required for all returns. Indicate on the back of your invoice form the reason of your return so we can serve you better in the future. We recommend you to send the package back to us via traceable carrier and to insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages. Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed. We will not be able to process your exchange without having your original order back to us. In case merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed. We will refund the credit card you use for the original purchase for the purchase price of the merchandise, excluding shipping cost. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped by UPS on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays. For overnight service, orders must be submitted Monday-Friday by 11AM EST. Overnight orders placed on Thursday after 11AM through Friday 11AM EST will arrive on Monday. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday after 11AM EST and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday. Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us. In general, you will receive your order within 3 - 10 business days. If you choose to ship your orders to multiple locations, there will be additional charges for each destination. We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses. You can select to send a package to: 1. Billing Address– the same address as your billing address for your credit card 2. Shipping Address– an alternate address for you
